Growing company in Solon, Ohio area a need for a Tooling Engineer. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement injection molding processes to achieve production goals.
• Optimize tooling and process parameters for improved product quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct mold maintenance and recommend repairs or modifications as needed.
• Monitor and analyze production data to ensure consistency and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in injection molding technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plastic injection molding engineering.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery, tools, and materials.
• Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software is a plus.
