Continuously learn and apply cold forming methodology. • Manage the design of the cold forming tools. • Review, correct, and improve current production tooling. • Manage Manufacturing Engineering projects, manufacturing capability analysis and development. • Hands on advanced troubleshooting in a production environment. • Work directly with equipment and set up technicians. • Provide equipment capacity and capability assessments. • Work closely with plant management to drive and execution of customer requirements and growth initiatives. • Support all other projects and processes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED 2+ years working in an Automotive / Truck, OEM or Supplier environment with Manufacturing • Strong disciplined problem-solving skills with an analytical approach. • Results Driven – with a strong history of driving Engineering projects. • Strong analytics / experience using Statistical Process Control. • Experience with Solid Works and other CAD software • Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and facilitation skills • The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional that has a desire to grow in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
