Growing E Commerce Co in the Anaheim area has a need for a Supply Chain Manager. This is a direct hire opening with a full benefits package.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate demand planning and inventory control
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to manage inventory levels and ensure timely production
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery
- Implement best practices in supply chain management to improve operational efficiency

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably managing dietary supplement's, personal care cosmetics and OTC products.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) or similar ERP systems
- Proficiency in inventory control techniques and demand planning methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
