Job Summary:

Kosmos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR Agency team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the best talent to drive our company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agency recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions and levels
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
