Growing Manufacturing firm in Holland, Michigan has a need for a Quality Manager. This is a full time position with a full benefits package and relocation.
Develop and maintain Customer scorecard reporting process to track performance and drive continuous improvement. Lead and direct customer 8Ds and problem-solving activities to ensure highest customer satisfaction always. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requirements. Ensure LPA process is robust and supports a continuous improvement culture. Support internal and external issue escalation process; identify gaps and corrective actions for issue escalation. Maintain product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements; collaborate with other members of management to develop new training methods. Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends while creating a culture of continuous improvement. Lead Quality Best Business Practice team meetings to ensure collaboration between plants to implement best solutions globally.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
3 plus years of experience in a Quality Management leadership role.
Multi-plant experience with global responsibility a plus.
