Growing Manufacturing firm about an hour east of Huntsville, Alabama in AL, has a need for a Plant Manager. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package and relocation.

• Handle the overall P&L responsibility for the plant - driving your motivation
• Develop and execute strategies for the business area, as well as challenging financial and operational KPI targets - proving your analytic skills and hunger for results

Who are you?

• Have minimum of 10 years progressive experience in plant operations leadership roles within a large manufacturing environment.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field 
• Have strong business acumen with good understanding of customer measurables, financial control, operational and P&L KPIs, and solid understanding of systems, equipment and processes used within the automotive industry.
• Have excellent leadership, collaboration, planning and executing skills.
• Have experience both in quick business turnaround as well as continuous improvements.
• Demonstrated success as an agent of change.
