Growing Manufacturing Company in Greenwood, MS has a need for a Sr Mechanical Design Engineer. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package and relocation.

Lead a team of engineers and designers through the Product Development Process. • Utilize sound project management tools for the execution of the project. • Drive usage of modeling, analysis and simulation tools in the design process for optimization and robustness. • Use or improve the standard work in the Product Development Process. • Provide expertise in materials, processes or analysis. • Work with manufacturing/suppliers to document technical aspects of components and interaction of designs within manufacturing and assembly.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • BS in Engineering  • 3-10 years of design experience. • Proven project leadership experience preferred. • Must be proficient in 3D parametric CAD system. • Advanced experience with applications including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
