We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Mortgage Broker - this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to be part of an exciting venture, with the potential to hold equity in the mortgage division as well as the larger group company.
The Role: As a Mortgage Broker, you will have the autonomy to build and scale your book of clients from the ground up, with the full support of the group's leadership team. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a vision to create and lead a team of brokers under your management. This is a hands-on role where you will drive the growth of the business, nurture client relationships, and leverage the cross-selling opportunities across our various divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Growing your client book.
- Build and grow the mortgage division, driving business development and client acquisition.
- Provide expert mortgage advice to a diverse range of clients.
- Collaborate with other divisions to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and manage a team of mortgage brokers over time.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
