Job Description:
It is expected that the Business Development Manager – ERP be adept at creating and nurturing senior executive relationships on their own, while positioning the Microsoft Dynamics to executives and broader account team at appropriate stages of the engagement. In that capacity, the Sales Executive must:
· Have excellent Presentation & Communication skills. Should handle first level product presentations.
· Coordinate with Pre-Sales & Delivery for Product Presentations, Demo, Build POC and prepare deliver proposals to customers.
· Maintain good long-term relations with existing & new clients
· Should have the ability to nurture & develop Enterprise accounts for business.
· Have ability to work under pressure and deliver Quarterly & Annual Targets.
· Prior Requirements of 6- 8 years of ERP CRM Selling Experience, both license and services.
· Preferable having sales experience of MS Dynamics F&O, NAV, CRM
· Should have achieved or overachieved target in the last 2 years
· Should have Knowledge on Competitors ERP product High level product features & pricing
· Should have sold On Premise and subscription licenses.
· Preferable to have Solution Selling experience.
· Willing to travel.
