Position Overview We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a cybersecurity-first environment while supporting both internal operations and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to internal staff and clients
Assist with system configurations, hardware/software installations, and troubleshooting
Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and deactivation
Maintain and update IT asset inventory
Document support procedures and maintain accurate logs of technical issues
Assist with user access reviews and system security monitoring
Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams on secure IT practices
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Passion for technology, cybersecurity, and continuous learning
