What you’ll be doing
In this role, your days will revolve around creating opportunities, fostering connections, and bringing value to both people and our company. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Booking and closing calls
    You’ll use tools like Calendly to organise calls with prospects, either scheduling on their behalf or guiding them to your personalised booking link. From start to finish, you’ll take the lead in creating a seamless process that turns interest into action.
  • Nurturing warm leads
    We already have a database of people who’ve opted into our mailing lists or downloaded resources like e-books. Your job is to reconnect with these people, build relationships, and create meaningful conversations that naturally guide them towards our services—always keeping things authentic, not salesy.
  • Engaging cold audiences
    Through LinkedIn and email, you’ll reach out to new prospects to introduce them to what we do. You’ll craft thoughtful, tailored outreach that fosters genuine connections and lays the foundation for long-term relationships.
  • Commenting and engaging on social media
    You’ll spend time interacting with people on LinkedIn, YouTube, and X using a mix of AI-supported tools and your own voice. These interactions are about building rapport, sparking interest, and staying present in conversations that matter.
  • CRM management
    From updating contact details to following up with leads and keeping everything organised, you’ll ensure our CRM is always clean and ready to support your work. A well-managed CRM means nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Sales calls and deal closing
    When the time comes, you’ll jump on sales calls with leads to guide them through their questions, showcase our value, and secure the sale. Your communication skills and relationship-building will shine here.
  • Improving processes (SOPs)
    You’ll identify areas where our systems could be better, record Loom videos to document improvements, and help refine our Standard Operating Procedures. We value your input and ideas to make things run smoother.
  • Building the affiliate network
    You’ll expand our reach by connecting with agencies, freelancers, and brands, inviting them to join our affiliate program. This will help grow partnerships and open new doors for us.
