Job Responsibilities:
Cold & Warm calls to businesses in order to schedule appointments to qualify, pitch, and sell services
Do basic search engine research on businesses prior to outreach
Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing the deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Present products to prospective clients via phone and using online presentation tools
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
Work and call from CRM and add notes and manage pipeline
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Send and track email marketing campaigns within the CRM
Build business in new cities across the country
Self management with the ability to work autonomously
Job Skills:
Strong cold call skills must be self motivated and resilient
Proven experience as a strong sales person on the phone
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. GoHighLevel) is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
Organizational and time-management skills
A business acumen
Enthusiastic and passionate
Knowledge in psychology and marketing a plus
cannabis industry experience a plus but not needed
Must have excellent character including rigorous honesty, humility, willingness to learn, loyalty, dedication, and transparency

We are looking for 4-5 new team members to expand operations across the country. Training and development is hands-on until you feel comfortable to work independently. Average sales cycle is 1-14 days. This is a fun and exciting new position that will be offered to the top sales talent who are willing and wanting to join our team during a rapid time of growth. We are looking for someone who wants a long term position within the company and there is plenty of room for growth.
