Responsibilities:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
- Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
- Reconciles records with customers
- Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies
- Accounts receivable and follow-up
- Sales quoting

- Ability to collaborate and work closely with other departments
- Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and use sound judgment and discretion
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
