James White Enterprises is providing a proprietary compliance and security solution, The Guard, to the healthcare industry.

As a Customer Success Manager at Compliancy Group, you will be crucial in enhancing our customer experience and driving success. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and grow our customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the relationship with a portfolio of SMB customers to become an expert on customer needs
  • Use our Customer Success platform to engage with customers at scale
  • Monitor the account through stages, account health triggers, and other ongoing, customized alerts
  • Reach out to the customer proactively for certain predefined criteria
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Advocate for the customer when needed
  • You will be responsible for driving product adoption and retention across our diverse user base, segmenting journeys based on unique goals and needs
  • Create automated yet personalized touchpoints with our users via email and in-platform onboarding experiences, in partnership with CS Ops, Customer Marketing, and Product
  • Primary goal of improving client retention and identifying expansion opportunities, focusing on long-term goals of driving adoption, delivering value, and ensuring ROI

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in customer success programs, customer lifecycle marketing, customer experience, or similar roles at a technology company
  • A deep understanding of programs that help drive product adoption, growth, customer loyalty, and customer retention
  • Experience implementing workflows that scale, including but not limited to email marketing and in-product onboarding experiences
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - you'll be working extremely closely with our marketing and product teams!
  • Data-driven mindset - able to use both quantitative and qualitative data to experiment, iterate, and measure impact

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
