Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent, with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Regulated Industry Experience
• Medical Device Manufacturing, process validation experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work under minimum supervision with a high degree of technical and organizational competence
• Familiarity with medical device design control regulations, good manufacturing practices, and other relevant medical device standards and regulations
• Experience with PLM and Product Data Management (PDM) systems
• Analytical thinker with good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
