Job Brief: Work profile requires exemplary communication skills, focus, and a go-getter attitude to reach sales target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission achieving set performance goals.
Explaining courses details and admission procedures to the prospective clients and candidate through phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, and supporting them throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents is what an ideal day would be looking like.
Responsibilities:
1. Counselling, Conversion, Payments, and Reporting
Provide information on courses, eligibility, duration, fee level, suitability to career, etc
Verify documents and credentials as per need
Convert to admission
Follow up on registration and fee payment
2. Customer service:
Ensure a pleasant experience for all the prospective learners
Help them in their transactions for admissions/fee payment/course progress etc
Skills Required:
Qualification and Experience
Proficiency in English is a must. Other Language would be an added advantage.
Graduates with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience and fresher in Sales/Tele-sales/admissions counseling in the education/training sector
