Job Summary

Insignia Consultancy Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced UI Lead to join our dynamic team. As the UI Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our UI design projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality user interfaces that meet our clients' needs and expectations. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of UI designers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and project managers, to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Develop and implement UI design strategies and best practices to enhance the overall user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a UI designer, with at least 5 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of UI design principles, usability best practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
