Insignia Consultancy Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
 

Client Interaction:

●       Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and expectations.

●       Collect detailed information from clients and translate it into clear, actionable briefs.

Project Coordination:

●       Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure a seamless workflow.

●       Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams to address queries and provide updates.

●       Facilitate effective communication to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.

Documentation:

●       Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.

●       Create and update project plans, timelines, and task lists.

 

Qualifications Required

●       Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

●       Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.

●       Strong technical background with knowledge of React, Figma, Java, Python, Git, etc.

●       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

●       Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
