Job Overview:
We are looking for two dynamic and creative Content Writing Marketing Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in content creation, digital marketing, and SEO. You will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that engage, inform, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic search rankings.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that attract and convert target audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with our audience.
- Travel Requirement: May need to work at or visit Prayagraj during the months of January-February, with all travel expenses covered by the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in content writing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in SEO, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
- Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Attributes: Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
