Job Brief:

INHUBBER, a leading AI-driven contract management and eSignature platform, is seeking a SaaS Growth Hacker - Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, you will be responsible for driving scalable growth through resource-light and cost-effective marketing strategies. As a key strategic leader, you will develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives to boost user acquisition, increase customer retention, and drive revenue growth. This is a fractional role with flexible hours, ideal for an innovative marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Growth Strategy: Create and implement growth strategies to expand INHUBBER’s user base and drive revenue, focusing on scalable and cost-efficient approaches.
  • Lead Digital Marketing: Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, content marketing, email, and social media channels to generate leads and foster user engagement.
  • Optimize Performance: Set up, monitor, and analyze KPIs to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Build Brand Presence: Lead content creation and brand positioning efforts to establish INHUBBER as a leader in the contract management and eSignature space.
  • Enhance Customer Retention: Design and execute strategies for customer retention, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships to extend reach and enhance user acquisition through collaborative efforts.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates, reduce customer acquisition costs, and drive sustained growth.
  • Manage Budget: Maximize marketing budget effectiveness by prioritizing resource-light, high-impact tactics.


Skills Required:

  • Experience: 5+ years in SaaS growth marketing or digital marketing with proven success in scaling SaaS products.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with experience using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Creative & Resourceful: Ability to create and execute cost-effective marketing strategies that drive growth on a limited budget.
  • Technical Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strategic & Hands-on: Comfortable with high-level strategic planning as well as hands-on tactical execution.
  • Adaptability: Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Growth-Driven Mindset: Passion for growth hacking and innovative marketing tactics that deliver measurable results.
