Are you a law, business, or tax student looking for a truly hands-on and exciting internship? Join us for a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO as we set up multiple international company from scratch!
This is not a theoretical internship. You'll get an inside look at founding and structuring foreign entities, working side-by-side with corporate service providers, legal and tax experts. The internship is fully remote, and you'll be part of a highly professional international team, collaborating across borders using modern tools.
Responsibilities:
Support the CEO in the full process of opening foreign subsidiary
Participate in legal structuring, investor preparation, registrations, and operations setup
Assist in preparing documents for lawyers, tax advisors, and government bodies
Conduct research on legal, tax, and compliance frameworks in various countries
Help coordinate remote communication between stakeholders
Attend online meetings with the CEO and international service providers
Skills Required:
Student of Law, Business Administration, Finance, or Taxation in later semesters
Strong motivation to learn and contribute
Very good written and spoken English (German or other EU languages are a plus)
Structured thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting
