Are you passionate about real estate, urban development, or marketing? Would you like to gain hands-on experience organizing an international B2B online conference? Join our dynamic startup for a 3-month unpaid internship and contribute to the creation of a high-impact event that brings together real estate companies, city planners, investors, and academics from across Europe and beyond.
This obligatory internship offers a unique opportunity to network with key stakeholders in the real estate sector, apply your academic knowledge, and develop valuable skills in event management, communication, digital platforms, and strategic coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of a virtual B2B conference focused on real estate development, investment, and innovation

  • Help set up and manage the conference platform and conference app

  • Assist in developing and implementing a communication strategy for attendees, sponsors, and panelists

  • Coordinate speaker outreach and manage both administrative and content-related communication

  • Help curate conference themes, session formats, and panel discussions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the event through digital channels

  • Maintain databases of contacts, schedules, and conference materials

  • Engage with real estate professionals, academics, city officials, and business representatives

Skills Required:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Fluent in English or German; additional EU languages are a plus

  • Interest in developing strong organizational and communication skills

  • Motivation to learn about B2B event management, digital platforms, and real estate trends

  • Proactive and independent working style, with the ability to collaborate in a team

  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack

  • Creativity and attention to detail in preparing compelling conference content

  • Interest in or experience with virtual event platforms and conference apps is a plus

Important Notes:

  • This is an unpaid internship with a minimum duration of 3 months.

  • For German students: This is a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship as part of your study program).

  • For EU students: We accept obligatory internships required by your academic curriculum.

  • For non-EU students: Open to international applicants seeking professional experience in a European startup under their university's internship requirements.
