INHUBBER, a leading SaaS platform for contract management and e-signature solutions, is seeking a Fractional Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with a passion for growth hacking to drive sales and expand our customer base. This role is perfect for a strategic and innovative sales leader with a track record in SaaS sales growth who is looking for a fractional commitment. The ideal candidate will work closely with our leadership team to implement sales strategies that accelerate our revenue growth and support our mission of simplifying contract management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that focus on rapid customer acquisition and retention, specifically for the German and European markets.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and targeting new customer segments, building relationships, and executing high-impact sales campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals and enhance the customer journey.
  • Utilize growth hacking techniques to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and sales processes.
  • Analyze and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors to continually refine our sales approach and maintain a competitive edge.


Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a Chief Sales Officer, Head of Sales, or similar senior sales role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-focused company.
  • Track record of growth hacking and implementing data-driven sales strategies that significantly increase revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards ambitious targets.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, especially within the SaaS space.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive, consultative approach to sales.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with sales data analysis, CRM tools, and sales automation software.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
