What started as a research project at HU Berlin has grown rapidly, and we’re now preparing for our next major growth phase. 

The Position: 

We are searching for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our core leadership team, ideally someone who sees themselves as the late-stage co-founder. You will play a pivotal role in driving Inhubber’s growth strategy and scaling the company to new heights. If you’re an entrepreneurial leader with a background in B2B SaaS, a proven track record as a co-founder, and ideally, experience with an exit, this could be your next big opportunity. 

Your role: 

  • Develop and lead a growth vision and strategy aligned with Inhubber’s mission. 

  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities and execute on them. 

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine growth strategies and optimize performance. 

  • Work closely with the founders to shape and execute global strategies. 

Your profile: 

  • Extensive experience in scaling B2B SaaS companies, ideally as a CGO, CRO, or similar role. 

  • Experience as a co-founder and familiarity with the process of leading a company through an exit. 

  • Strong expertise in strategic marketing and sales with a creative, innovative approach. 

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action and deliver measurable results. 

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English 

  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams.
