Job Brief:
Are you a university student in Malta studying Law, Business, Taxation or Finance, and looking for a high-impact, hands-on internship? This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a CEO in setting up international business entities — from investor relations and legal registration to operational launch.
This internship is designed for students who need to complete a compulsory academic internship as part of their degree. You'll collaborate remotely with a global team and gain exceptional insights into company structuring, international compliance, and startup operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up foreign subsidiaries, from planning to launch
Help prepare documents for lawyers, tax advisors, and regulators
Conduct legal and compliance research related to business formation
Support the CEO in meetings with international corporate service providers
Participate in remote coordination of operations, governance, and investor relations
Skills Required:
Enrolled in a university in Malta (Law, Business, Finance, Taxation)
The internship must be part of your official academic curriculum
Strong written and spoken English skills
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment
Legal Framework:
This is an unpaid academic internship, in line with Maltese labor law
Open only to students whose study program formally includes internships
No employment relationship is established
Reimbursement of reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. travel, documentation) when necessary
