Sales Development Representative (SDR)  $20/hour plus performance bonuses

We seek a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, focusing on inbound and outbound sales development. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who excels in engaging with leads and prospects to drive sales opportunities and growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying customer needs, nurturing leads, and generating new business through strategic outreach.  You will spend most of your day on the phone and computer, contacting warm leads (they reached out to us or have purchased previously). 

Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales Development: Qualify and nurture leads generated from various marketing sources, including websites and social media. Engage with leads to understand their pain points, goals, and budget, and effectively book demos with Sales Associates.
Outbound Sales Development: Proactively identify and target potential customers through research and strategic outreach. Craft personalized messages and conduct cold calls or emails to generate interest in our products or services.
Lead Nurturing: Utilize a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to tailor communication and solutions, ensuring they match the needs of both inbound and outbound prospects. The guide leads the buying process by leveraging their curiosity and positioning our solutions relevant to their pain points.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to align on strategies and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach to targeting both inbound and outbound prospects.
Skill Development: Continuously improve communication, listening, research, prospecting, writing, and persuasion skills. Stay informed about our product offerings and competitive landscape to effectively address and alleviate prospect pain points.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales development, with a strong understanding of inbound and outbound strategies.
Excellent communication, listening, and research skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leads and prospects.
Strong writing and persuasion skills, capable of crafting personalized outreach messages.
High level of resilience and motivation, with the ability to overcome objections and persist in facing challenges.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, handling a high volume of leads and tasks.
Good understanding of the product, buyer persona, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Ability to collaborate and align with teams across the organization.
