Join our team at Impact Suite as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a key role in connecting schools with the resources they need to provide a safer and healthier school environment for students and staff members. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects.

  • Introduce potential clients to the unique features and benefits of Impact Suite's platform.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments and demos for potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Metrics:

  • 250 Calls Weekly

  • 4 Demos Scheduled Weekly

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a BDR role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.

  • Passion for school safety, compliance, and mental health/ wellness.

Compensation:

  • $12-$15 per hour + Commissions

  • Commission structure for successful lead generation.

  • Average commission of $1,000 per deal closed.

  • Overall OTE (On-Target Earnings): $30,000-$50,000 per year.
