Position Summary
Impact Suite is currently hiring only therapists who are professionally fluent in both Spanish and English. We are seeking
licensed Teletherapists to provide accessible, clinically appropriate, solution-focused mental health care through secure
virtual sessions. Teletherapists help members reduce distress, improve functioning, strengthen resilience, and create
sustainable change within Impact Suite’s short-term EAP model of care.

What You’ll Do
• Provide virtual therapy in both Spanish and English using strengths-based, culturally responsive, solution-focused
approaches.
• Deliver short-term, goal-directed care, generally structured around approximately 6–8 sessions per presenting issue
when clinically appropriate.
• Assess risk, develop safety plans, respond to urgent concerns, fulfill mandatory reporting duties, and facilitate
higher levels of care when needed.
• Complete accurate, timely, objective, and clinically sufficient documentation for every member contact and therapy
session.
• Maintain informed consent, confidentiality, professional boundaries, secure telehealth practices, and awareness of
the member’s location during sessions.
• Integrate appropriate Impact Suite education, assessments, exercises, tracking tools, AI Coaching, Lifestyle
Coaching, and community resources to extend support between sessions.
• Coordinate referrals and consultation when needs exceed the short-term model, your competence, or the legally
permitted scope of teletherapy.
• Maintain an accurate availability calendar and participate in required training, team meetings, clinical consultation,
and professional development.

Required Qualifications
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to conduct short-term solutions therapy, safety
planning, informed consent, and documentation in both languages.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another license-
eligible behavioral health discipline.
• Active, unrestricted professional mental health license and legal authorization to provide teletherapy in each
jurisdiction served.
• Current professional liability insurance and ability to provide required credentialing and renewal documentation.
• Training and demonstrated competence in short-term solutions based therapy, risk assessment, crisis response, and
culturally responsive care.
• Reliable computer, secure internet connection, and a private professional setting suitable for confidential virtual
care.

Preferred Experience
• Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, brief EAP care, telebehavioral health, and motivational interviewing.
• Working with diverse populations and common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationships,
recovery, and life transitions.
• Using digital wellness tools and coordinating care across therapy, coaching, medical, crisis, and community
resources.

Contractor Expectations
This is an independent contractor position. Teletherapists exercise independent clinical judgment, manage their own
availability, maintain all licenses and insurance, submit completed sessions and approved teletherapy hours as required,
and comply with applicable laws, licensing-board rules, ethical standards, Impact Suite policies, and their Independent
Contractor Agreement. Compensation will be determined and documented in the individual teletherapy agreement.
