Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning and Maintenance:

    • Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
    • Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
    • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure high standards of hygiene.
    • Change bed linens and make beds.
  2. Laundry Duties:

    • Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and clothing.
    • Ensure all laundry is handled efficiently and returned to the appropriate locations.
  3. Waste Management:

    • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in waste disposal areas.
  4. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
    • Ensure all equipment is used and stored correctly.
  5. Health and Safety:

    • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
    • Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or accidents to the appropriate personnel immediately.
  6. Customer Service:

    • Interact professionally with clients and staff.
    • Respond to client requests promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
