Job Brief:
1. Making outbound calls to individuals or prospects & closing sales.
2. Generating leads and following up on existing leads to convert them into sales.
3. Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
4. Handling customer objections and concerns.
5. Meeting sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
7. Collaborating with other teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
8. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
9. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service over the phone.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers
- Developing and maintaining a list of potential customers
- Creating and delivering sales pitches and presentations
- Participating in training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills
