Description:  ICI, LLC is looking for an experienced Leader in the Paint Industry to lead multiple projects simultaneously across the Denver Metro Area.  This role will travel between multiple projects ensuring in office and on site leaders are meeting budget, schedule, driving productions, and  QA/QC.

Range of Pay: $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience

Expectations:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience project managing and/or supervising commercial paint projects.

• Ability to read construction documents
• Ability to quantify and order materials
• Able to do take-off, enter correct productions and materials into bidding software to create budgets or check on projects in progress.
• Understands all scopes of work relating to paint
  • Paint Applications
  • Coatings (Latex, epoxy, intumescent, floor coatings, texture coatings, and high performance coatings etc.)
• Ability to assist in set up of project budget and follow project budget
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Computer Literacy
• Proven leader of various sized projects, $100,000-$10million running simultaneously
• Drives Productions and teach leaders how to organize and follow schedule
• Ability to QA/QC work
• Ability to train and develop team
• Responsible for holding team accountable
• Must make safety a priority in all aspects of job
• Have a valid driver license
• Bilingual Preferred
