  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Responsible for student admission and achieving their targets
  • Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents
  • Responsible to revert on emails and Requests
  • Responsible for the Student Help/ issues over Calls
  • Grievance Handling
  • Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale
  • Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Informing students about their future payments & providing them with the payment options.
