Salary: INR 15,000- INR 20,000 monthly
Probation- INR 10,000 (2 months)
Incentives- 6% per client after first 5 clients
Time and day: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  1. Generating leads and creating sales strategy
  2. Research, track, maintain and update the leads
  3. Make outgoing calls to develop new business
  4. Contact prospects to qualify leads
  5. Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
  6. Research and maintain a lead generation database
  7. Maintain communications and PR with potential clients
  8. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  9. Meeting planned sales goals
  10. Achieving sales targets and deadlines as assigned 
  11. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

Requirements and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience in email marketing and cold calling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and business development
