We are looking for a General Manager with an incredible sense of urgency and energy in a very high volume and high-pressure environment. This position will report directly to the owner and is a rare opportunity to join a phenomenal and proven fast-casual location.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
 

·         Ensure the highest level of quality assurance and safety and health standards

·         Lead and engineer the development of a team, including an Assistant Managers

·         Excellent communication, organization, and planning skillsets

·         Utilize available data and information to maximize the team' s potential and available opportunities through a strategic and long-term approach

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
 

·         Must have high volume, hands-on experience in a high energy restaurant environment, 7MM+ in volume anticipated

·         Strong experience in managing through others, and developing salaried management within the structure of a single location

·         Incredible sense of urgency

·         Passion for and ability to manage high quality in all areas, even in the most high-pressure environments
