We are currently looking for reliable and friendly Customer Service/Member Relations Representatives to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. As a Customer Service/Member Relations Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:-

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned
