Job Brief: We are looking for an Assistant General Manager - Traning & Development In Bangalore having experience of 10 years.
Responsibilities:
- Support all training interventions at Shared Services, Bangalore
- Would be involved in leading/assisting with project management, requirement gathering & analysis, obtaining resources, contacting vendors, and/or processing invoices/legal documents.
- Responsible for managing and implementing various interventions, analysis, MIS, and manage stakeholder’s expectations across multiple departments and functions.
Skills Required:
- Proven working experience in a senior training position in the BPM sector
- Ability to perform advanced Training skills
- Understanding of Talent Development initiatives and have designed and conducted functional and behavioral training in the BPM sector
- Deep Analytical thinking and ability to demonstrate business outcomes
- Has positive work ethics and high levels of interpersonal skills including effective verbal & written communication and audience need understanding.
- Leadership Training, Training & Development, Learning & Development, L&D, Behavioral Training, Leadership development.
- BPO Industry is Essential.
- 10 years experience in Financial services.
