We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Talent Acquisition partner to join our team.

You’ll ensure all our teams can attract & hire the very best talent as we look to scale by acting as a true business partner to hiring managers – optimising our process, thinking strategically about innovative sourcing and attraction methods and building our employer brand.

Ownership of the full recruitment life-cycle for both internal and external recruitment, supporting the business with role definition, candidate selection, offer and onboarding

We are on a new journey, moving from traditional candidate attraction to directly sourcing candidates through the use of networks, partnerships


Key job responsibilities:

Sourcing and assessing talent

  • Proactively source talent utilising a range of outbound channels (e.g. LinkedIn recruiter, social media, referrals, candidate networks, agencies, etc.).

  • Monitoring the whole recruitment process from A to Z

  • Ensure candidate assessment throughout every stage of the interview process is structured, consistent and effective in identifying top talent.

  • Run appropriate candidate selection assessments

  • Interviewing candidates and checking suitability via phone screening, face-to-face and video calls

  • Manage the recruiting processes from Junior to Management roles;

Onboarding & Happiness

  • Make HIGHTEKERS the best place to work by providing an excellent onboarding experience with communication and candidate relationship building

  • Build a cohesive team by spreading HTK values and spirit


  • Coach hiring managers to improve interviewing, assessment and selection competence and educate the wider business.

  • Deliver recruitment skills training and accredit colleagues to ensure they are competent at assessing

Employer Branding / Candidate experience

  • Prioritise delivering an amazing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to help spread the HTK touch!

  • Leading effective local networking and recruitment initiatives - we are growing fast and need to respond appropriately to this from a recruitment and hiring perspective

  •  Support the HR manager and the wider team with project work such as benchmarking, increasing employer branding etc. and other duties as required

  • Develop the Employer Brand and Employee Value proposition; producing assets and attending any events or networking to support candidate attraction

Expertise / Liaising

  • Advising on assessment criteria & interview structures.

  • Proactively contributing to wider continuous improvement initiatives and broader projects across HR.

  • The ability to contribute strategically about how we grow teams in new markets - what an appropriate structure could be, identifying market needs, etc.

  • Manage the company applicant tracking system and make recommendations for changes where appropriate

  • Building strong partner relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to properly influence and define hiring needs according to our talent acquisition strategy: acting as a trusted partner for recruitment-related activity.

  • Coaching stakeholders to develop their effectiveness in recruiting and selecting, 

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates;

  • Offer a strategic view on acquiring specific skill sets to match strategic business priorities;

Social media

  • Develop a recruitment social media plan in collaboration with the Communications team to ensure we are regularly showcasing our culture and employer brand

  • Maintain and develop the company careers pages, ensuring content and vacancies are regularly updated



Your ideal profile:

• Previous experience in leading talent acquisition within a fast-paced, international organisation

• Ideally 5 - 7 years experience of full cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual in French and English is required for this position (European language skills are highly desirable (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese)

• Experience recruiting on various levels with a strong spirit of service, adaptability, and accountability

• Experience managing partnerships with third-party and contingent search vendors

• Excellent communication skills and proven experience in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels

• Solid team player who can collaborate cross-functionally

• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills to achieve effective management of a high volume and wide range of responsibilities and changing priorities
