Hightekers was founded with the idea of supporting IT and Engineer freelancers to do what they do best. We are on a mission of supporting them with all the administrative management, and leave them the independence and availability to focus on their projects.

🚀Your mission: The Business Development Manager would play a key role in expanding the business on the B2B landscape across the Dutch Market, while building relationships with new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Selling and advising our innovative services to IT Companies/IT Recruitment agencies and Freelancers
Support in setting sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition
Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales Navigator, Networking, etc) and follow-up
Managing the whole sales cycle, from initial prospect to finalising and closing the deal
Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions
Negotiating contracts with clients
Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions
Liaise and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of service provided
Participate in online and offline events
Ensuring the quality of the clients’ and consultants' experience and the outreach of Hightekers in the Dutch market
Profile:
Fluency in English, written and spoken is essential
Fluency in Dutch, written and spoken, would be required for the role
Previous experience working in the Dutch Market in a Sales/Business Development role is a must
Previous experience working in a similar industry (or umbrella, SaaS, Software Development, etc), is a must for the role
Previous experience in Sales, Business Development in a B2B environment
Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Well-spoken, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A strong can-do attitude and sales driven with the ability to manage time and different projects
Strong negotiation skills and team working spirit
