πYour mission: The Business Developer would play a key role in expanding the business on the B2B landscape across the French speaking and Swiss market, while building relationships with new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Selling and advising our innovative services to IT Companies/IT Recruitment agencies

Support in setting sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition

Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales Navigator, Networking, etc) and follow-up

Managing the whole sales cycle, from initial prospect to finalising and closing the deal

Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions

Negotiating contracts with clients

Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions

Liaise and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of service provided

Participate in online and offline events

Ensuring the quality of the clients’ and consultants' experience and the outreach of Hightekers in the B2B market
Profile:
-
Fluency in English and French, written and spoken is essential
-
Fluency in an additional European language, in particular German or Swiss German, would be a great advantage
-
Previous experience in Sales, Business Development in a B2B environment
-
Previous experience working in a similar industry (or umbrella, EOR, recruitment agency), is a must for the role
-
Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-
Well-spoken, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-
A strong can-do attitude and sales driven with the ability to manage time and different projects

Problem-solving skills

Previous leadership experience or eagerness to progress into a management role would be ideal for the role
