πYour mission: The Business Developer will play a key role in developing the business in the appointed market. The role would have the primary mission of developing new business opportunities in the market, through different activities to contribute to the sales cycle, while playing an active role in the International Sales team success.
Key Responsibilities:
Selling and advising our innovative services to IT consultants population
Developing the portfolio of prospects and follow-up
Managing the whole sales cycle, from initial prospect to finalising the deal
Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions
Monitoring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
Ensuring the quality of the client's and consultants' experience and the outreach of Hightekers
Profile:
Fluency in French and English, written and spoken is essential
Fluency in an additional European language (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) will be an advantage
Previous experience in Sales, Business Development is a must for the role with the ability to manage the whole Sales cycle
Previous experience working in IT, Saas or similar organisation
Previous experience in prospecting to potential clients
Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Well-spoken, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong can-do attitude and sales are driven with the ability to manage time effectively
Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
Strong negotiation skills and teamwork spirit
