As an Airline Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth ticketing process for our passengers. This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will directly contribute to our overall customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities:

• Handle ticketing inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and available seats
• Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless travel experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products, services, and promotions
• Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding processes
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in airline ticketing is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems and reservation software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
