We are searching for an industrious Learning and Development Coordinator to assist with the coordination and  administration of all internal and external training at a leading telco scale up. You will be responsible for supporting the Training Delivery Leads, whilst ensuring all training conducted at the company is maintained to a first-class standard.  

You must be organised, proactive and dedicated to enable you to manage compliance training, as well as wider role specific training. This role requires cross-functional collaboration when supporting the different training programmes at the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • To assign, monitor, and ensure that compliance training is complete and up to date.  
  • To update and manage the company Training Matrix. 
  • To manage the training bookings with the designated training providers, as well as planning and  booking all internal training. 
  • To research and source new training providers and build and maintain these relationships. 
  • To continually monitor and respond to training requests for Vorboss Employees.  
  • Provide vital information about training sessions and informing personnel about available training opportunities.  
  • Help to oversee the successful completion of all training internally and externally.  
  • To maintain correct training records in the appropriate systems.  
  • Create training programmes using a variety of Learning Management Systems. 

Experience:

  • To have proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment, and to be accepting of change.
  • To have demonstratable experience with different Learning Management Systems. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with ability to learn new software and systems.
  • To be a flexible team player, and naturally willing to see things through to completion. 
  • To have strong analytical problem-solving skills, with an ability to work cross functionally without hesitation. 
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise, coordinate and prioritise competing priorities.
  • To consistently work with unparalleled attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • To be naturally inquisitive, with a drive to develop yourself, and others, both professionally, and personally.
