HR Consultancy
12 month FTC
Part Time 2.5 days p/w £30K FTE
London/Remote
We are searching for an organised and competent HR Administrator for a small HR/People Consultancy with multiple clients. This is for a 12 month FTC and is a part time role 2.5 days p/w spread across the week to suit the professional. You would be supporting the Founder/Director with ad-hoc duties for the business along with other HR Admin duties for multiple clients.
Responsibilities:
• Be the main point of contact for a primary client and responsible for their HR Admin duties
• Manage client folders, track timesheets, support with invoicing and expenses.
• Assisting with onboarding, contract preparation, referencing, CRB and compliance checks
• Coordinating training and Health and Safety compliance including First Aid and Fire Marshal courses
• Maintaining systems and personnel records accurately
• Acting as a point of contact for staff queries and HR documentation
• Managing HR admin processes across the employee lifecycle
Experience:
• Previous admin experience (essential)
• 1-2 years experience in HR administration
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Able to work proactively and handle sensitive information discreetly
