Key Objectives
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives.
- Ensure seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Act as a reliable point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
- Enhance operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving and organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with project tracking and ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support personal tasks as required to enable executives to focus on strategic priorities.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with the Information Technology and Services industry is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
