Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter, Operations & People Manager to support our growing team. This role combines recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and people management, making it ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure across the HR lifecycle in a startup environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for internship and full-time roles

  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers

  • Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and internal channels

  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

HR Operations

  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain employee and intern records (HRMS, Excel, documentation)

  • Support preparation of offer letters, internship letters, and certificates

  • Track attendance, leaves, and work engagement

People Management & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for interns and junior employees

  • Support performance tracking, feedback collection, and reviews

  • Help maintain a positive, disciplined, and collaborative work culture

  • Assist in resolving basic employee concerns and HR queries

Operations Support

  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Help streamline HR and operational processes

  • Support compliance-related documentation when required

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment

  • Good organizational and coordination skills

  • Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and HR tools

  • Willingness to learn and take ownership
