About the Role
Gururo is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Management professional to help build and strengthen our brand presence. This role focuses heavily on visual branding, content consistency, and creative execution across platforms.
Key Focus Areas
- Poster and creative design for marketing campaigns
- Brand identity development and consistency
- Video content creation (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Social media branding and visual storytelling
- Organic brand growth strategies
Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging posters, banners, and digital creatives
- Maintain and evolve Gururo’s brand identity across all channels
- Create and edit short-form video content aligned with branding
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual elements
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaigns
- Research trends to keep brand communication fresh and relevant
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year experience in branding, design, or digital marketing
- Strong skills in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
- Experience in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Good understanding of brand building and visual storytelling
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Experience managing social media pages
- Portfolio showcasing design and branding work
