Job Brief: Grynow, India's leading influencer marketing company working with top brands like Amazon, OnePlus, Meta, is seeking passionate candidates who are interested in working with micro/nano influencers. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying potential creators, building relationships, managing campaigns, and reporting on performance.
Responsibilities:
Identify Potential Creators: Conduct research to identify creators who align with the brand's target audience and possess a significant following on social media platforms.
Outreach: Initiate contact with creators through email or social media platforms to introduce the brand's affiliate marketing program. Clearly explain program details, how it works, and the benefits of participation.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with creators by understanding their content and finding ways to align it with the brand's marketing strategy.
Negotiation: Negotiate commission rates with creators to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Campaign Management: Manage influencer campaigns by ensuring creators adhere to brand guidelines, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve results.
Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports to brands, including campaign performance, engagement rates, sales, and return on investment.
Stay Up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and new platforms to ensure Grynow remains at the forefront of the industry.
Skills Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: minimum 1 year experience in influencer marketing.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with creators and brand representatives.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their needs, and aligning them with brand objectives.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating commission rates with creators to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Self-motivated: Proactive and self-driven approach to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
