Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the Appointment of Retailers in the provided Geography/Markets.

2. Responsible for the placement of Company Product at the Retail points. 

3. Responsible to make the retailers understandable and train them on the product range.

4. Meeting the Set Daily Retailer Visit Target

5. Meeting the Set Retailer Sales Target

6. Meeting the Set Monthly Revenue Target

7. Ensure the timely delivery of the orders at the retail points.

8. Ensure the periodic cash collection for the sold products at the retail points.

8. Ensure the appropriate display of BTL range at the retail points.

9. Religiously storing daily visit/sales reports, market feedback and other relevant reports in the provided formats and Mobile App.



Skills Required
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good business sense with effective planning skills..
  • The ability of self starter and self motivation. 
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and 'people skills'. 
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
