Job Description

1. Mission for the Role
To conceptualize and deliver high-quality, brand-aligned visual content—especially for retail environments—that enhances customer engagement and supports marketing and sales objectives.

2. Key Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)
Deliver 95% of Design Projects On Time and On Brief
- Complete at least 10–15 design projects per month from concept to final artwork with minimal revisions.
- Maintain consistent brand application across all design outputs.

Produce Retail-Specific Design Materials that Drive Engagement
- Design and deliver at least 3–5 in-store retail displays monthly (e.g. FSUs, PSUs, wobblers) with measurable visual impact, as rated by internal sales team or client feedback.

Ensure Print Production Accuracy
- Prepare and submit 100% print-ready files with zero technical errors, confirmed by supplier/printer feedback.
- Manage all supplier relationships for production with no missed deadlines.

Contribute to Campaign Concepts and Brainstorms
- Actively participate in at least 1-2 creative brainstorming sessions per month, bringing 1–2 viable ideas per session that align with campaign objectives.

Support Digital and Marketing Design Needs
- Create and deliver emailers or presentations if and when needed.

Improve Studio Workflow & Collaboration
- Maintain a project tracking system to ensure visibility and clarity on all deadlines, with weekly/biweekly check-ins with the sales and studio teams.

Demonstrate Initiative and Continuous Learning
- Identify and apply at least 2 new industry trends, tools, or techniques that enhance design output.

Achieve Positive Performance Feedback from Sales team
- Score at least 80% satisfaction rate in quarterly feedback reviews from sales, marketing, and studio leads.

5. Requirements & Skills
Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer for 3-5 years, preferably in a mid-weight role.
Essential: Demonstrable experience in designing for retail environments, including specific work with hotspots, FSUs, PSUs, and other POP/POS materials. Please include examples in your portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
