About the Role

We’re looking for a meticulous and creative Presentation & Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. This person will take ownership of designing, maintaining, and improving PowerPoint and Prezi presentations, as well as supporting the department’s email marketing and social media activities.

The ideal candidate thrives on visual storytelling, has exceptional layout and copywriting skills, and is passionate about producing professional, engaging content that represents our brand at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and enhance PowerPoint presentations — ensuring brand consistency, strong visual hierarchy, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update Prezi presentations used for client pitches, internal meetings, and marketing campaigns.
  • Write and design emailers and digital marketing materials that align with current campaigns.
  • Update and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all materials — from spelling and grammar to visual alignment and brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and sales teams to adapt and refine existing materials for various audiences.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong figure-it-out ability.
  • Strong ability, dedication and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Prezi an advantage.
  • Excellent layout design and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong copywriting and editing ability, with great attention to tone and grammar.
  • Proven attention to detail — consistency, formatting, and accuracy are second nature.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Campaign Monitor).
  • Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • A solid understanding of brand design and messaging consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or creative support role.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
  • Experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, or content creation will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, Sora/Seelab, Prezi an advantage.
